Recommended Setting for Automated multi-channel fulfillment app with Amazon

DASHBOARD
Order Sync: Enable order sync for smooth Order processing (Time taken: Real-time)
This will import orders automatically from Shopify to Amazon FBA

IMPORTANT: By disabling the order sync button, You can validate orders before sending them and you will get the option to re-submit the order as per your wish under Order log page and you can also change the customer details before making the final order but you cannot change the Item or item's SKU.


Inventory Sync: Enable Inventory sync button and this will sync inventory from Amazon FBA to Shopify 

Tracking Sync:  Enable Tracking Sync and this will track the updates from Amazon FBA to Shopify

Amazon Settings: Amazon required credential in the given order - Marketplace, Seller ID and MWS Auth Token. Once it configures successfully, then you can do changes in the App setting

Out Of Stock Quantity Buffer On Amazon:

Shopify Shipping Method:You can set different shipping methods as per your requirement. 
For that, you need to add the shipping method manually from the Shopify setting which would reflect in our app under the App setting in Configuration.

Note: Shopify Shipping Method should be correct and the Amazon method should be set against correct shipping method. If there is any letter mismatch or Capitalized issue then Shipping method will not get the right amazon shipping method

ITEM MAPPING

> Smooth mapping between Amazon and Shopify on SKU’s (Stock Keeping Units)
> You can also create bundled item 
> you can also Archived an item/items as per your requirement 

To disable an inventory update of a specific item you will need to archive the item using Archive Button from the Item Mapping page. Once it is done, this will not update the inventory for the Archived items and if any archived item contains in any order then the order will be created without that item on Amazon.
