How to sync Shopify payouts to NetSuite either as a Payout record OR inside an Invoice Form?
If you are interested in syncing your Shopify payouts to NetSuite either as a Payout record OR Invoice, please follow these below-mentioned steps.
Custom Payout Record
Step 1:
Open your NetSuite account, and from the top-navigation pane, hover over to the Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Records Types. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
If you have already created a Payout record, then scroll-up or down to find it, further COPY its internal ID. In case, you have not created a Payout record, then you can always click on the New Type button to create it. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
Go to the Configuration Page of the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, expand the App Settings, further turn ON the Auto Shopify Payouts Sync toggle. Once that is done, select "Custom" in the drop-down menu, further, PASTE the copied internal ID from the Step 2 inside the Payout Customer Record internal ID field. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
From, now-on our integrator will be syncing all your Shopify payouts to this NetSuite Payout record.
Invoice Form
Step 1:
Open your NetSuite account, and from the top-navigation pane, hover over to the Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
If you have already created a Payout Invoice form, then find it, further COPY its internal ID. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
Go to the Configuration Page of the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, expand the App Settings, further turn ON the Auto Shopify Payouts Sync toggle. Once that is done, select "Invoice" in the drop-down menu, further, PASTE the copied internal ID from the Step 2 inside the Payout Invoice Form ID field. From, now-on our integrator will be syncing all your Shopify payouts to this NetSuite Invoice Form.
