BigCommerce Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app: How to import the Past orders in the App?
Step 1:
Open the Order Log page of the Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app, further click on the Import Order button. Below is a screenshot just to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
You can import past orders either based on their dates OR order IDs. Once you have chosen your criteria, click on the Submit button. Below is a screenshot just to help you understand this visually.
Important notes:
- If the real-time order sync was ON before the import of past orders, they will be auto-resubmitted to appropriate Amazon FBA marketplaces (their status will change to Accepted by Amazon), else they will be displayed with a status of Pending in the Order Log page of the app which you can manually resubmit by clicking on the Resubmit button.
- After resubmitting these past orders, they will be treated as a normal order, further will get the latest tracking information from your Amazon FBA warehouse to your BigCommerce store.
