BigCommerce Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app: How to add order notes to Amazon's packing slip comments?
Step 1:
Open the Configuration Page of the app, further click on the App Settings.

Step 2:
Scroll down to the Packaging Label section, further select Yes in the "Default Packing Label Message" drop-down menu. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
If you want to forward a BigCommerce order note:
1. The one that is added by your customers during the orders creation, then that is synced along with all orders to Amazon FBA, further this is printed on the Amazon packing label slip.
2. If you as a merchant want to print one standard message on all your Amazon packing label slips:
- Select Yes from the "Default Packing Label Message" drop-down menu, and hit the Save button
- Click on the "Add Label"
- Enter the default packing label message
- Hit the Submit button
