BigCommerce Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app: Manual Fulfillment Use Cases
If you want certain BigCommerce SKUs to be fulfilled manually from your choice of non-Amazon FBA warehouses, please follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Go to the Item Mapping Page
- Enter your preferred BigCommerce SKU in the BigCommerce search box, further hit the Search button
- Click on the Archive button
- Go to the Configuration Page > App Settings, and make sure to add an email in the Enter Admin Email field
- Select Yes, and save the changes from the bottom of this section. Note: If an email is already added, then please ignore it OR enter multiple email addresses using ","
Now, whenever such SKUs will be placed in an order, our app will just ignore them, instead, send you an email on the Admin emails just to aware you about them, so that you can fulfill them manually from your choice of non-Amazon FBA warehouses.
