BigCommerce NetSuite Integrator: How to create BigCommerce customer records inside a single NetSuite customer?
If you want to create new BigCommerce customer records inside a default NetSuite customer, then follow these below-mentioned steps.
Steps:
Go to the Apps section of your BigCommerce store, and click on the BigCommerce NetSuite IntegratorOpen the Configuration Page > App Settings
Scroll down to the Default Customer Criteria, and check this Assign Default NetSuite Customer for all BigCommerce web orders box
Enter the internal ID of that NetSuite customer in which you want to create new customer records, further hit the Save button
Now, our integrator will (create / sync) all new customer records inside this default NetSuite customer.
