How to disable Amazon Logistics for the Shopify and Non Shopify Orders?

Suppose you plan to disable your orders from being shipped by Amazon logistics and use other shipping carriers instead. In that case, this is the functionality you should choose, as outlined in the steps below.
Configuration>>Marketplace settings>> Show Additional Settings (including Inventory Sync settings)>>Block orders from being shipped using Amazon Logistics

Working:

  1. Let's take an example of an order that is exported from Walmart, Etsy, etc., and you are looking forward to shipping it from any other logistics like UPS, etc., so in that scenario, you should choose Must Use Amazon Logistics for Shopify's own orders only
  2. If you want to use Amazon Logistics for all the Orders, you should choose NO
  3. If you want to block Amazon Logistics for all orders, including Shopify and non-Shopify orders, choose YES
  4. If your Shopify store is connected to multiple sales channels—such as TikTok Shop, Facebook, or Etsy—and you want to prevent certain orders from being fulfilled through Amazon Logistics based on their order source, you can enable the “By Order Source” option. When selected, a new text field appears. Enter the name of the order source you want to block. If an incoming order matches the specified source name, it will be prevented from being fulfilled through Amazon Logistics.
  5. If you want to block Amazon Logistics using Shopify tags, select “By order tags.” Once selected, a new text field will appear where you can enter the tags. When an order comes in with those tags, it will be blocked from being fulfilled through Amazon Logistics.
