How to disable Amazon Logistics for the Shopify and Non Shopify Orders?
If you are planning to disable your orders from getting shipped from Amazon logistics and use any other shipping carriers to ship your orders, then this is the functionality you should opt for, as per steps below.
Configuration>>Marketplace settings>> Show Additional Settings (Including Inventory Sync settings)>>Block orders from being shipped using Amazon Logistic
Working:
- Let's take an example of an order, which is exported from Walmart, Etsy, etc. and you are looking forward to shipping it from any other logistics like UPS, etc. so in that scenario you should choose Must Use Amazon Logistics for Shopify's own orders only
- In case you have to use Amazon Logistics for all the Orders you should choose NO
- In case you have to Block Amazon Logistics for all the orders including Shopify and Non-Shopify Orders choose YES
