Today's Sync Orders:
The total number of orders in a day that have been synchronized between your Shopify store and the Amazon fulfilment centre. To view these orders, click on "Today's Sync Orders".
This week's Sync Orders:
The total number of orders in a week that have been synchronized between your Shopify store and the Amazon fulfilment centre. To view these orders, click on "This Week's Sync Orders".
Last 30 Days Sync Orders:
The total number of orders in the past 30 days that have been synchronized between your Shopify store and the Amazon fulfilment centre. To view these orders, click on the "Last 30 days Sync Orders".
Total Sync Orders
The total number of orders that have been synchronized between your Shopify store and the Amazon fulfilment centre to date. To view these orders, click ‘Total Sync Orders'.
Total Unsync Orders
The total number of orders to date that have not been synchronized between your Shopify store and the Amazon fulfilment centre. To view these orders, click on the "Total UnSync Orders" link.
Order Sync Status
If this toggle is turned on, we will start synchronising orders from your Shopify store to your Amazon fulfilment centres, and display to you the last time this synchronisation occurred. Note: This applies to all your orders.
Inventory Sync Status
This option will show you the last time we updated your Amazon inventory levels, i.e., the fulfillable quantity of items, to your Shopify store.
Note: This applies to all your (items/products). You can see all your FBA Marketplaces here. To configure inventory sync settings, please click on the "Visit Configuration" page to change the settings.
Tracking Sync Status
If this toggle is turned on, we will begin synchronizing order shipping information from your Amazon fulfilment centres to your Shopify store and display the most recent synchronization time. Note: This applies to all orders.
Sales Order Status
The sales order chart presents all order statuses—pending, accepted, closed, cancelled, and action required—in a pie chart, making it easier for sellers to understand the distribution of their orders.
Referral Code
The referral code allows a seller to share it with other sellers to help them receive discounts on plans.
