Our dashboard contains a total of 8 things:
  1. Today's Sync Orders
  2. This week's Sync Orders
  3. Last 30 days Sync Orders
  4. Total Sync Orders
  5. Total UnSync Orders
  6. Order Sync Status
  7. Inventory Sync Status
  8. Tracking Sync Status

Today's Sync Orders

The total number of orders in a day that has been synchronized between your Shopify store and Amazon fulfillment center. To view these orders just click on the "Today's Sync Orders".

This week's Sync Orders

The total number of orders in a week that has been synchronized between your Shopify store and Amazon fulfillment center. To view these orders just click on the "This Week's Sync Orders".

Last 30 days Sync Orders

The total number of orders in the past 30 days that have been synchronized between your Shopify store and Amazon fulfillment center. To view these orders just click on the "Last 30 days Sync Orders".

Total Sync Orders

The total number of orders till date that has been synchronized between your Shopify store and Amazon fulfillment center. To view these orders just click on the "Total Sync Orders".

Total UnSync Orders

The total number of orders till date that has not been synchronized between your Shopify store and Amazon fulfillment center. To view these orders just click on the "Total UnSync Orders".

Order Sync Status

If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing orders from your Shopify store to your Amazon fulfillment centers, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened. Note: This is applicable to all your orders.

Inventory Sync Status

This option will show you the last time we updated your Amazon inventory levels i.e. (fulfillable quantity of items) to your Shopify store. Note: This is applicable to all your (items / products). You will see all your FBA Marketplaces here. To configure inventory sync settings, please click on the Visit Configuration page to change settings.

Tracking Sync Status

If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing the order shipping related information from your Amazon fulfillment centers to your Shopify store, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened. Note: This is applicable to all your orders.
