How to do a "Department" Field Mapping through the Robust NetSuite Integrator?

If you are interested in doing a department field mapping through our Robust NetSuite Integrator, then please follow the below-mentioned steps.

Step 1:

Open your Shopify store, go to the Apps section, further click on the Robust NetSuite Integrator's icon.

Step 2:

Once, our integrator is open, from the top-navigation pane, click on the Fields Mapping page.

Step 3:

Under the Transaction Standard Fields Mapping section, click on the "Add NetSuite Standard Field" button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.

Step 4:

Once, you have clicked on the "Add NetSuite Standard Field" button, you will see the following pop-up. In "NetSuite Standard Field" drop-down menu, please select "Department", and in the "Corresponding Shopify Value" field, first check the "Set your own value" box, further in the empty field, enter the internal ID of this NetSuite Department. Once, done, click on the Submit button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.

Note: To know the internal IDs of your NetSuite Departments, please open your NetSuite account, hover over to Setup > Company > Department. 

Congratulations, you have successfully mapped a department field through our Robust NetSuite Integrator.
