4PL order cannot be shipped by Amazon MCF

Resolution: 

The below steps are for UK Marketplace only.

To resolve this issue going forward you need to classify future orders to be of 3PL so this can be shipped by Amazon MCF via our app. 

For this you need to go to "TikTok seller center" and there under fulfillment settings under orders select 'Shipped by seller' as your preferred shipping options there instead of Shipped by Platform /TikTok.

TikTok seller center>>orders>>fulfillment settings>>select 'Shipped by seller' as your preferred shipping options

Once done Amazon FBA via our app will start accepting all upcoming orders/ 3PL orders. 

4PL orders are not supported by Amazon FBA, so you need above settings to mark new orders as 3PL orders.
