Error: Archived Item in the Order no:

The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon

It seems that this order contains 1 or more Archived SKUs as a result, our app couldn't forward this order to Amazon FBA for its fulfillment.

How to fix this error

Step 1: If you want to fulfill this order manually from your non-Amazon FBA warehouse/ Shopify.

  1. Simply open this order inside your Shopify store, and process/ fulfill it accordingly. 

Step 2: If you want to fulfill this order from your Amazon FBA warehouse: -

a:

  1. If you want to fulfill this order from your Amazon FBA warehouse, simply go to the Products Linking page
  2. From, the Account drop-down menu, select the appropriate Amazon account
  3. In the Shopify SKU field, enter the archived SKU that you want to activate, and hit the Search button
  4. In the action tab, click on the Active button corresponding to an SKU that you want to activate

b:

  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon
***If there are some FBA items and non-FBA items/archived items in order, then fulfill non-FBA items first from Shopify and then in our order log click on Re-submit button, Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon with FBA items only.
