The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by NetSuite

It seems that "this" value is either missing inside the NetSuite customer record itself OR is mandatory in either of these (Sales Order OR Customer) forms, as a result, our app couldn't sync this order to NetSuite. 

Example: 

[Code=USER_ERROR] Please enter value(s) for: Country. The reason why this order got rejected was because of a missing mandatory "country" value in this order's customer record itself.

How to fix this error: Method 1 via (Customer Records)

Step 1:

  1. Open this order's customer record inside NetSuite
  2. Edit the Address, and in the Country field, enter a country value, further save the changes

Step 2:

  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by NetSuite

How to fix this error: Method 2 via (Customer Form & Sales Order Form)

Step 1:

  1. Inside, NetSuite, from the top navigation pane, go to the Customization > Forms > Entry Forms. Now, customize that customer form, that you have used in our integrator's this "Sync Shopify customers to NetSuite form" setting.
  2. Expand all the sub-tabs, and uncheck this country field (wherever it is), and save the changes. 
  3. Inside, NetSuite, from the top navigation pane, go to the Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms. Now, customize that sales order form, that you have used in our integrator's this "Sync Shopify transaction to NetSuite form" setting.
  4. Expand all the sub-tabs, and uncheck this country field (wherever it is), and save the changes. 

Step 2:

  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by NetSuite
Note: These above steps are of an example. You need to replicate it for your NetSuite fields.
