Error: Amazon FBA inventory Credentials is not available at desired Marketplace

Error: Amazon FBA inventory Credentials is not available at desired Marketplace

The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon

It seems that you are trying to fulfill an order in the marketplace where you don't actually have an Amazon FBA inventory OR physically stock your Amazon FBA items. Example: You are trying to fulfill an order in Canada using your Amazon FBA U.S. warehouse, but you don't actually stock your items in the Amazon FBA Canada warehouse OR have added an Amazon FBA Canada warehouse.

How to fix this error

Step 1:

  1. Go to the Configuration page, and expand Marketplace Settings
  2. Check if you have already added that FBA Marketplace /Amazon MWS credentials of that "Amazon-__" marketplace (the one that is mentioned in the error email)
  3. If yes, click on the "Show Additional Settings (Including Inventory Sync settings" link, further select an actual inventory location of this Amazon FBA warehouse from this "Shopify Location to use for Inventory update" as virtual Amazon FBA" drop-down menu, and hit the Save button
  4. If no, click here to learn how to add new Amazon Marketplace in our Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app

Step 2:

  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon
