The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon
It seems that this order has a pending payment inside BigCommerce, as a result, our app didn't forward it to Amazon FBA for its fulfillment.
How to fix this error
Kindly ensure that this order should be in paid status in BigCommerce as soon as possible since this order has a pending payment inside BigCommerce.
Next Steps once the order is paid:
- Go to the Order Log page
- In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
- In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
- Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon
