Error: Invalid Access Token

The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon

It seems that the Amazon FBA Marketplace of this order is not authenticated in the Amazon Marketplace Settings of our app, due to which this order has been rejected by its corresponding Amazon FBA Marketplace.

How to fix this error:

Step 1:

Disable this order's Amazon FBA Marketplace credentials from your Amazon Seller Central account. Click here to learn more about it. Important Note: For example, if this rejected order's shipping address is of the US, then you should disable your US Amazon FBA Marketplace credentials i.e. Amazon US MWS Authorization Token.

Step 2:

Get this rejected order's Amazon FBA Marketplace credentials. Click here to learn more about it. Important Note: For example, if this rejected order's shipping address is of the US, then you should get your US Amazon FBA Marketplace credentials i.e. Amazon US MWS Authorization Token.

Step 3:

Once you have your Amazon FBA Marketplace credentials from the above-mentioned step. Go to your Shopify store > Head over to the Apps Section > Click on the Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app icon. Once you are inside the app, from the top-navigation pane, click on the Configuration Page > Amazon Marketplace Settings > Click on the "Add New Amazon Marketplace" button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.



Step 4:

After clicking on the "Add New Amazon Marketplace" button you will see the below-displayed pop-up. Now, click on Connect button, further enter the Amazon FBA Marketplace credentials from Step 2.




If your entered credentials are correct, you will see a Success message post-authentication.

Step 5:

To resubmit this rejected Order to your Amazon FBA Marketplace for its fulfillment. Please go to the Order Log page from the top-navigation pane, search this order using its Order ID, further click on the Resubmit button under the Actions tab. Once, an order gets synced, its status will change to Accepted by Amazon.
