Error Occurrence: Item was not found on Amazon & got rejected

The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon

This order contains BigCommerce SKUs that are not mapped with their respective Amazon FBA SKUs, as a result, our app couldn't forward this order to Amazon FBA for its fulfillment.

OR

This order contains BigCommerce SKUs that are either mapped with Seller Fulfilled Items OR belong to Seller Fulfilled items, as a result, our app couldn't forward this order to Amazon FBA, as our app can only fulfill orders from the Amazon FBA warehouses.

How to fix this error

Step 1:

  1. Go to the Item Mapping page
  2. In the BigCommerce SKU field, enter the SKU that you want to map, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Update button corresponding to an SKU that you want to map
  4. In the update pop-up, enter its respective Amazon SKU in the SKU field, further hit the Submit button

Step 2:

  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon
