Error: Sales order not created for customer with NS ID - [Code=INVALID_CSTM_FORM] is an invalid custom form

The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by NetSuite

It seems that the internal ID of this NetSuite sales order form that has been entered in our Robust NetSuite Integrator app is not valid for this order, as a result, our app didn't sync it to NetSuite.

How to fix this error:

Step 1:

  1. Open Robust NetSuite Integrator app, and go to the Configuration page
  2. Scroll-down to this "Sync Shopify transaction to NetSuite form" field, further enter the correct NetSuite sales order form Internal ID
  3. Save the changes from the bottom of this "App Settings" section

Step 2:

  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by NetSuite
