Error: Issue from Amazon

The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon

It seems that there is an issue from Amazon's side, as a result, our app couldn't forward this order to Amazon FBA for its fulfillment. 

How to fix this error

Steps:

  1. Wait for 10-15 mins
  2. Go to the Order Log page
  3. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  4. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  5. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon (if not, please wait for another 10-15 mins, and try to resubmit it again)
