How to activate archived SKUs ?

The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon

This or similar orders contain SKUs that are archived in our app, as a result, our app didn't forward them to Amazon FBA for their fulfillment.

How to fix this error

Step 1: Activate the archived SKUs

If the order contains only one Archived SKU:
  1. Go to the Products Linking page
  2. From, the Account drop-down menu, select the appropriate Amazon account
  3. In the Shopify SKU field, enter the SKU, and hit the Search button
  4. In the action tab, click on the Active button
If the order contains multiple Archived SKUs:
  1. Go to the Products Linking page
  2. From, the Account drop-down menu, select the appropriate Amazon account
  3. From, the Filter drop-down menu, select Archived SKUs, and hit the Search button
  4. In the action tab, click on the Active button, corresponding to those SKUs that are in the order

Step 2: Re-submit the order

  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon.
