How to export NetSuite order edits to Shopify using Robust NetSuite Integrator?
If you want your edited NetSuite orders to be synced inside Shopify. Please follow these below-mentioned steps.

Step 1:
Go to the Plans page of the app, further click on the re-authorization link to update the permissions. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
Once the permissions have been re-authorized, head over to the Order Log Page, further click on the View button. This link will take you to the NetSuite order itself. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
In the Transaction record (Sales Order, Cash Sale, Invoice, etc.) of NetSuite, we can see many details such as taxes, discount item, shipping cost, etc. To make any changes inside the Sales Order, we need to click on the Edit button displayed at the top-right corner. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Once, you click on the above-mentioned Edit button, you need to scroll-down to the Items sub-tab, further make changes as per your requirements. You can modify your old values with the new ones. Once done, hit on the Save button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 4:
Once an order gets edited inside NetSuite, it usually takes our application 2-3 hours to sync the changes inside Shopify. But, in case, you want to see sync your NetSuite changes immediately, you need to go to the Order Log page, further click on the Update from NetSuite button under the Actions tab. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 5:
Once an order gets edited inside Shopify, you can always review its timeline to see the changes done by the Robust NetSuite Integrator. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Important Note:
1. SKUs must be mapped between both the platforms correctly. You can always learn about the SKUs mapping using this direct link.
2. Order Edit toggle under the Configuration Page - App Settings must be turned ON.
3. Order Edit will only work from NetSuite to Shopify, if an order inside your NetSuite account is in the Pending Approval OR Pending Fulfillment status.
