Fatafat Tally ERP app: Configuration Page Overview



Our configuration page contains 2 sections:
  1. Tally Settings
  2. App Settings

Tally Settings

The section holds mandatory credentials such as  App Unique Key, Shopify Shop Name, and Tally Serial Number that our app needs to connect with your Tally ERP account. Click  here to learn how to  get them from your Tally ERP account.

App Settings

This section contains all the settings OR standard workflows that are related to your Tally ERP account & Shopify store. 


Order Sync Status

If this  toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing orders from your Shopify store to your Tally ERP account, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened.   Note: This is applicable to all your orders.

Inventory Sync Status

If this  toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing the inventory levels from your Tally ERP account to your Shopify store, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened.

Return Sync Status

If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing the returns from your Shopify store to your Tally ERP account, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened.   Note: This is applicable to all the returned orders.



Send Shipment emails to customers via Shopify

Select Yes from this drop-down menu, if you want Shopify to send shipping emails to your customers. In case, you want to (check / edit) your shipping email template please go to this https://shopify.com/admin/email_templates/shipping_confirmation/edit link.

Enter Admin Email

Here you should add the email on which you want to be notified about any (change or an error) related information. You can also add multiple email addresses separated by a comma “,”.

Allow daily mismatched SKUs emails

Select Yes if you want to receive emails from us, containing a list of items that are either not mapped between your Shopify store and Tally ERP account OR duplicate inside your Shopify store. To map them, you can always use our "Products Mapping" page.

Default Shopify fulfillment location

From this drop-down menu, select a default fulfillment location that you want our app to use to fulfill your line items from.


Sales Ledger

If you want to  map a Shopify sales tax with its respective Tally ERP sales tax, please  click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.

Shipping Tax

If you want to  map a Shopify shipping tax with its respective Tally ERP shipping tax, please  click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.

Invoice Discount Tax

If you want to  map a Shopify invoice tax with its respective Tally ERP invoice tax, please  click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.

Packaging tax

If you want to  map a Shopify packaging tax with its respective Tally ERP packaging tax, please  click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.

Tax Mapping

If you want to  map a Shopify tax with its respective Tally ERP tax, please  click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.

Ledger Line

If you want to  map a Shopify line item tax with its respective Tally ERP line item tax, please  click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.

Inventory Location Mapping

If you want to  map a Shopify store location with its respective Tally ERP inventory location, please  click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.

Shopify Delivery Speeds:

If you want to  map a Shopify shipping rate with its respective Tally ERP shipping method, please  click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options. Once, mapping is done please click on the Submit button to save the mapping.

You can also  create an  integration's (Walmart, eBay, etc.) shipping method, further map it with your preferred Tally shipping method via the  Add Custom Shipping Method button. Please make sure that the casing & spelling are the exact same as that of the integration. For example: "PRIORITY" should be "PRIORITY" not "Priority".

Note: Make sure to hit the "Save" button, after modifying anything in this App Settings section.
