Fatafat Tally ERP app: Configuration Page Overview



Our configuration page contains 2 sections:
  1. Tally Settings
  2. App Settings


Tally Settings

The section holds mandatory credentials such as  App Unique Key, Shopify Shop Name, and Tally Serial Number that our app needs to connect with your Tally ERP account. Click  here to learn how to  get them from your Tally ERP account.

App Settings

This section contains all the settings OR standard workflows that are related to your Tally ERP account & Shopify store. 



Order Sync Status

If this  toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing orders from your Shopify store to your Tally ERP account, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened.   Note: This is applicable to all your orders.

Inventory Sync Status

If this  toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing the inventory levels from your Tally ERP account to your Shopify store, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened.

Return Sync Status

If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing the returns from your Shopify store to your Tally ERP account, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened.   Note: This is applicable to all the returned orders.





Email Notifications to Admin:

Here you should add the email on which you want to be notified about any (change or an error) related information. You can also add multiple email addresses separated by a comma “,”.

Allow daily mismatched SKUs e-mail notifications:

Select Yes if you want to receive emails from us, containing a list of items that are either not mapped between your Shopify store and Tally ERP account OR duplicate inside your Shopify store. To map them, you can always use our "Products Linking" page.

Auto Export High Risk orders:

The App can utilize the Shopify's ability to detect and act on High Risk orders.
Yes = All orders will be created on Tally.
No = All high risk orders will be blocked.





Narrations: 

You can select some predefined fields for your Shopify orders to show them in Tally vouchers.

Default Customer Name: 

You can assign a Default Customer Name for all Shopify web orders in Tally vouchers if wish to do so.

Sales, Round Off and Returns Ledgers:

If you want to map the Shopify sales with its respective Tally ERP sales, please click on drop down option and select one of Tally ledgers to fetch Shopify orders to that ledger in Tally. Click to see all the drop-down options available for Tally ledgers. Accordingly, a tally ledger for returns and round off can be selected.

Add Custom Tally Ledger:

In case some of newly created Tally ledgers are there in Tally account but missing in our app. Post integration you can add and map them in our app as it is there in Tally for mapping. 

Shipping Ledger:

If you want to map a Shopify shipping methods/ speeds ledger with its respective Tally ERP shipping ledger, please click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options and map it & save it.

Invoice Discount Ledger

If you want to map a Shopify invoice discount Ledger with its respective Tally ERP invoice discounts, please click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options and map it & save it.

Tax Mapping

If you want to map a Shopify tax with its respective Tally ERP tax, please click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options and map it & save it.

Location Mapping:

If you want to map a Shopify store Inventory location with its respective Tally ERP inventory location/ Godown, please click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.

Inventory For Unlinked Item To Shopify:

If you want to set inventory for unlinked item to zero on Shopify, select Yes.

Payment Method Mapping:

If you want to map a Shopify payment with its respective Tally ERP payment method, please click on the Configure Mapping button to see all the drop-down options.Once, mapping is done please click on the Submit button to save the mapping.

Note: Make sure to hit the "Save" button, after modifying anything in this App Settings section.
