Fatafat Tally ERP app: Order Log Page Overview


Our order log page contains:
  1. One drop-down menu: Order Status.
  2. Two search fields: Tally Order ID, Shopify Order ID.
  3. View button, Import Order button, and Re-submit button.

Order Status:

From, here you can filter the orders that are either: Pending, Accepted by Tally, Processed by Tally, Rejected by Tally, ERROR, Ready to Send, Archived, Canceled, Partially Refunded, Refunded, and Closed.

Tally Order ID:

If you want to see the Order Date, Order Status, and the necessary action required of a particular Tally order, simply enter its ID in this empty field, and hit the Search button.

Note: To view the reason of a failed order, simply click on its respective order status button. For example: If the order status is "Rejected by Tally" then simply click on it to view the reason of its failure.

Shopify Order ID:

If you want to see the Order Date, Order Status, and the necessary action required of a particular Shopify order, simply enter its ID in this empty field, and hit the Search button.

Note: To view the reason of a failed order, simply click on its respective order status button. For example: If the order status is "Rejected by Tally" then simply click on it to view the reason of its failure.

View button:

Click on this button, if you want to see the actual order in your Shopify store.

Import Order button:

Click on this button, if you want to import your past orders into the app to push them to your Tally ERP account for their fulfillment. You can import these past orders either using your preferred dates OR order IDs.

Re-submit button:

Click on this button, if you want to resubmit a Pending order manually OR the one that previously had an error, but now it has been resolved at your end.
