How does Robust NetSuite Integrator app work with Return Authorizations ?
Description: If customer requests for product return or refund, then below mentioned steps need to be followed
Go to the App >> Click on Configuration >> Go to App setting
Enable the Sync NetSuite Return Authorization check box
Enter the custom field for return Authorization from NetSuite (List type only) in the text box under App setting.
NetSuite Refund Status
For Example :
For Sync NetSuite return Authorization, NetSuite admin needs to set "2" in the same custom field value on NetSuite that you will mention in the app setting. At the time of Return authorization, the App will update the custom field value automatically on NetSuite to "4" after creating the refund successfully on Shopify.
Note : For every customer's request for return or refund, Custom field value will set to "2" on Netsuite automatically
"2" Field value means Return Search on NetSuite
"3" Field value means Refund Failure update on Shopify
"4" Filed value means Refund Successfull on Shopify
