Solution:

Our app has a feature that allows you to map the codes of carriers. This will enable you to synchronize tracking numbers from Amazon FBA accurately in TikTok orders with the necessary carrier information.

The steps are:

1. Open your app and click on Configuration

2. Click on App settings

3. Click on Link TikTok Carrier to Amazon Carrier >> Configure >> Create new mapping >> make changes and save >> Save again.
