How is the carrier code mapping done in TikTok App?
Solution:
We have a feature in our app to map carriers' codes. This can help you to have tracking numbers syncing from Amazon FBA correctly in TikTok Orders as required with carrier details.
The steps are:
1. Open our app and click on Configuration
2. Click on App settings
3. Click on Carrier Code Mapping :Configure>>Create new mapping >>make changes and save >>Save again
