How to automatically calculate the additional cost from Amazon to determine price for the Shipping rate at check out?
To determine
the final rate of shipping at checkout in addition/subtraction to types
of fulfillment rates at Amazon fulfillment “Show All Amazon shipping speeds to Customer" feature is required to
be configured in the ‘App Settings’. To
configure this the steps below are required to be followed.
Go to Configuration >> Click on app
settings and find >> Show All Amazon shipping speeds to Customer
By default, it is set to NO
If you want to activate real time shipping calculation, then you need to set as YES.
On setting on Yes is will show Configure button will show and click on that button will lead to show Amazon's real time shipping speeds.
There are three primary Amazon's shipping methods are:-
1. Standard
You can
adjust calculated shipping costs to Markup
that your customers see at checkout. You can Markup calculated shipping rates by an additional Flat Fee or by a Percentage of the total shipping rate.
Eg. if standard shipping has $5.00 amazon shipping rate
with $5 flat markup then the fee costs charged from the customer will be $10
and will be displayed at the check out at Shopify.
If you want
to offer discounted shipping, then enter a negative value. For example, -5%
If you do
not enter any markup cost (Set as 0) then Amazon will configure default
shipping rate for your products in the Shopify Checkout (edited)
If you don’t
wish to display the fulfillment method name you can override the name as per
your wish for that you need to enable the checkbox and enter the name of your
choice that will reflect in the Shopify Checkout. For example you can name it ‘Two Day Delivery’
This way a seller can automatically regulate shipping prices from Amazon FBA for customers at Shopify Check Out page.
