How to configure a Customer Deposit record in your NetSuite account of your Shopify customer using Robust NetSuite Integrator?
Step 1:
Inside NetSuite, from the top navigation pane, please go to the Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
COPY the internal ID. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.

Inside NetSuite, from the top navigation pane, please go to the Setup > Accounting > Chart of Accounts. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.

Step 5:
Inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, please go to the
Configuration Page

App Settings
> and scroll-down to this "Create Shopify web orders deposit" setting, further click on the Configure Deposit Details button. Post click, in the NetSuite Customer Deposit Form Internal Id, enter your preferred deposit form internal ID (by default it is 67), and in the Chart of Account Internal ID for Customer Deposits, enter your preferred chart of account internal ID, further hit the Submit button. Step 6:
Hit the Save button from the bottom of this App Settings section inside our Robust NetSuite Integrator app.
Congratulations, you have successfully configured a Customer Deposit record in your NetSuite account of your Shopify customer using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app.
