How to configure error emails delivery through the app to overcome any unexpected Amazon <> Shopify failures?

This feature allows you to either receive OR send multiple email notifications to the entered email addresses. To configure all the email addresses inside the app, please follow the below mentioned path.

Open the App > Click on Configuration > Go to App Settings.

Archive Order Email

This feature is to send email notifications to the user to make sure that they are aware about an order that is either archived inside Shopify because of which we cannot send it to FBA marketplaces fulfillment OR some of its items are archived inside the app i.e., order will go to Amazon FBA marketplaces for fulfillment, but without this / these archived items. Order Export Failure Email

This feature is to send email notifications to the entered email addresses, in correlation with the condition when an order gets rejected due to any specific reason and doesn't get exported to Amazon FBA. You can learn about these frequent Amazon FBA errors, and how to fix them from our troubleshooting section.

International Order Error Email

This feature is to send email notifications to the entered email addresses to make sure that they are aware of the orders that got rejected by Amazon due to its corresponding Amazon FBA marketplaces credentials being missing inside the application. Send Archived (Non-Amazon Fulfilled Items) Notifications to Admin

This feature is to send email notifications to the entered email addresses, in correlation with the condition when an item has been archived in the application for which any of the orders related to this will not get exported to Amazon FBA. Archived SKUs are also called Non-Amazon SKUs.
