How to configure multiple shipments and tracking number sync from Amazon FBA to Shopify using the app?

Configure these Mandatory settings inside your Shopify store for a smooth workflow.

Complete the onboarding. Here is an overview of the Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app onboarding process.

Step 4

Make sure, to turn on these following toggles, as well as, select the right inventory location. 1) Auto Export Orders from Shopify to Amazon FBA. 2) Auto Import Tracking of Orders from Amazon FBA to Shopify. 3) Order Sync Status. 4) Shopify Location to use as a virtual Amazon FBA.

Live-Action

  1. An order gets placed inside your Shopify store.


  1. Items started getting fulfilled, as a result, our app changes this order's status to Partially Fulfilled



  1. After an order's line item gets a tracking number inside Amazon Seller Central, our app automatically syncs it back to your Shopify store



  1. To send these tracking numbers to your customers, all you have to do is to configure this "Order Shipping Email Notifications to Customer" setting inside our app's Configuration Page > Shopify Settings section. If you want to send shipping emails via Shopify, select YES inside it. If you want to send shipping emails via Amazon, select YES inside it. Please make sure to hit the Save button after making any changes in this OR any other section.

The highlighted text in yellow is basically your Shopify store name and that is added/ replaced correctly to take the merchant to its template page.
