Step 1:
Inside NetSuite, from the top navigation pane, please go to the Customization > Forms > and click on the Transaction Forms. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
By default, our app picks the internal ID of this below-displayed Standard Sales Order form i.e. 68, but feel free to COPY the internal ID of your preferred Sales Order form, in which you want our app to sync the BigCommerce order information. Step 3:
Inside the BigCommerce NetSuite Integrator, please go to the
Configuration Page >
App Settings > and scroll-down to this "Sync BigCommerce transaction to NetSuite form" setting, further
enter the above
COPIED internal ID into this field, and hit the

Inside the BigCommerce NetSuite Integrator, please go to the Configuration Page > App Settings > and scroll-down to this "Sync BigCommerce customers to NetSuite form" setting, further enter the above COPIED internal ID into this field, and hit the Save button.
