How to configure NetSuite Transaction & Customer Forms between your NetSuite account and TikTok store using Robust NetSuite Integrator?
Transaction Form:
Step 1:
Inside NetSuite, from the top navigation pane, please go to the Customization > Forms > and click on the Transaction Forms. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
By default, our app picks the internal ID of this below-displayed Standard Sales Order form i.e. 68, but feel free to COPY the internal ID of your preferred Sales Order form, in which you want our app to sync the TikTok order information. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
Inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, please go to the Configuration Page > App Settings > and scroll-down to this " Sync TikTok transaction to NetSuite form" setting, further enter the above COPIED internal ID into this field, and hit the Save button. Congratulations, you have successfully configured a Transaction form between your NetSuite account and TikTok store using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app.
Customer Form:
Step 1:
Inside NetSuite, from the top navigation pane, please go to the Customization > Forms > and click on the Entry Forms. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
By default, our app picks the internal ID of this below-displayed Standard Customer form i.e. -2, but feel free to COPY the internal ID of your preferred Customer form, in which you want our app to sync the TikTok customer information. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
Inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, please go to the Configuration Page > App Settings > and scroll-down to this " Sync TikTok customers to NetSuite form" setting, further enter the above COPIED internal ID into this field, and hit the Save button.
