How to create/Update/Delete meta fields on Shopify company via Webbee B2B functionality?
To create, update, or delete metafields on Shopify from NetSuite using WebBee’s Robust NetSuite Integrator B2B features, follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Open your Shopify admin account and go to Settings > Metafields and Metaobjects > Companies > Add definitions. Example: Create a Shopify metafield with the name "VIPENTRY".
After creating the Shopify metafield, verify it by navigating to Customers → Companies. Refer to the image below.
Step 2: Open your NetSuite account and go to the company page. Select the field you want to map to the Shopify metafield; for example, we will map the 'VIPENTRY' NetSuite field to Shopify's VIPENTRY metafield. Click on the field and copy the field ID.
Step 3: Open the Robust NetSuite Integrator app and go to configuration > app settings > enable b2b pay later toggle > search for "create metafields on Shopify company." Click the configure mapping button.
After this step, the automatic scheduler runs and pushes mapped metafield data from NetSuite to the corresponding Shopify company.
