How to delete your Shopify shipping rates?
Step 1: Open your Shopify store settings and click on 'Shipping and delivery'.
Step 2: Click on Shipping > General Shipping Rates and choose the fulfillment location for which you want to delete the shipping rates.
Step 3: Delete your preferred shipping rates or an entire fulfillment location, and click on the 'Save' button.
Note: If both Amazon’s real-time shipping speeds and Shopify’s shipping rates are enabled, then at checkout, for similar shipping methods (with comparable shipping fees, order totals, etc.), only one option will appear — either a Shopify shipping rate or an Amazon real-time shipping speed.
Since Shopify gives preference to its own shipping rates, your customers will not see Amazon’s real-time shipping speeds.
Therefore, it is recommended to enable only one of these options — either Shopify shipping rates or Amazon’s real-time shipping speeds.
