Amazon's Supply Chain Portal is a centralized dashboard that helps sellers manage and optimize inventory, logistics, and fulfillment across Amazon's supply chain network.
With Amazon Supply Chain, sellers can rely on Amazon to handle much of their logistics—from inventory movement to order fulfillment—instead of coordinating with multiple shipping and warehousing providers. Everything can be managed through a single portal.
Follow the steps below to enable the Supply Chain Portal feature:
Open the AMCF TikTok app and navigate to the Configuration page.
Go to Marketplace Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Show Additional Settings.
Locate the MCF Only Listing (Supply Chain Portal) option. Choose one of the following settings:
Both (Seller Central + Supply Chain Portal) – Enables product listing and order processing through both Amazon Seller Central and the Supply Chain Portal.
Disable – Uses only Amazon Seller Central for product listing and order fulfillment.
When Disable is selected, the application follows the standard workflow:
Only your connected Amazon Seller Central account is used.
Products are listed to your TikTok Shop exclusively from Seller Central.
All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) using Seller Central.
When Both (Seller Central + Supply Chain Portal) is selected:
Products can be listed to your TikTok Shop from both Amazon Seller Central and the Amazon Supply Chain Portal.
To help distinguish the source of each product:
Products from Seller Central are marked with the CATALOG tag.
Products from the Supply Chain Portal are marked with the SCP tag.
When a customer places an order on TikTok Shop, the order is first received by the AMCF TikTok app. The app then determines where each order item should be fulfilled based on the product's mapped source.
Note: Marketplace IDs are different for Amazon Seller Central and the Amazon Supply Chain Portal, allowing the application to identify the correct fulfillment source for each product.
