How to establish the first connection between your Tally Prime and Shopify via our app-Fatafat Tally ERP
After installation our app- Fatafat Tally ERP from Shopify apps store,
Please follow below steps to establish the first connection between your Tally Prime and Shopify via our app-Fatafat Tally ERP
Step 1:
1) Download this WebBee Plugin.tcp from here 2) Right-click on the Tally ERP desktop icon in your Tally device. 3) Click on the Open File Location. 4) PASTE the newly downloaded WebBee Plugin in the opened folder. Here is the visual representation.
Step 2:
From, the top-navigation pane, click on the Help OR press F1, further click on the TDLs & AddOns. Here is the visual representation.
Step 3:
- Click on the Manage Local TDLs OR press F4. Here is the visual representation.
- Press enter, for file selection, further select WebBeePlugin.tcp, and make sure that "Load TCL" is set to Yes. Here is the visual representation.
- It should look like this as loaded. After this please make sure to come to the Gateway of Tally page.
Step 4:
Press F11, further click on the "WebBee Config". Here is the visual representation.
Step 5:
1) Select Yes in the "Enable Plugin". 2) COPY and PASTE the "App Unique Key" from the Fatafat Tally ERP app into the "Unique Key". 3) Enter your Shopify domain into the Shopify Domain field. 4) Set 0 in the Sync Interval (in minutes) field. 5) Hit the Enter button to save the changes. Here is the visual representation.
(Please note: The time duration 60 min is min. time required to automate import sales from Shopify to Tally as a limitation from Tally. Once updated, this will sync orders automatically from Shopify to Tally in our app post every 60 min, without any manual push from you as a merchant.)
Step 6:
Congratulations!!
You have successfully configured the Fatafat Tally ERP Integrator in your Tally Prime account.
Now place some test orders in Shopify and see how these are synced in our app under order log
and then check them in Tally account too.
