This is a filter setting in the AMCF TikTok by WebBee app that controls which Prime inventory type is considered when exporting orders.
Available Inventory
Exports only orders fulfilled using currently available Prime inventory
Ignores inbound (not yet received) inventory
Available + Inbound Inventory
Exports orders fulfilled using both available Prime inventory and inbound Prime inventory
Includes inventory that is on the way to Amazon but not yet available
The Prime Inventory Type setting determines which type of Amazon Prime inventory the app considers when exporting orders from TikTok Shop to Amazon FBA.
You can configure the Prime Inventory Type in the app's settings where order export preferences are managed.
Available Inventory means the app will export only those orders that can be fulfilled using inventory that is currently available and ready for shipment in Amazon FBA.
This option allows the app to consider both:
Inventory currently available for fulfillment.
Inventory that is inbound to Amazon fulfillment centers but has not yet been received.
Inbound inventory refers to products that have been shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers but have not yet been processed and made available for customer orders.
The appropriate option depends on your fulfillment strategy:
Available Inventory is recommended if you only want to export orders that can be fulfilled immediately.
Available + Inbound Inventory is suitable if you want orders to be exported even when inventory is still on its way to Amazon.
No. Orders may still wait until Amazon receives and processes the inbound inventory before they can be fulfilled.
Yes. You can update the setting whenever your inventory management or fulfillment requirements change.
No. The setting applies to future order exports. Orders that have already been exported are not affected by changes to this configuration.
If you're using Available Inventory, the required Prime inventory may not currently be available. If appropriate for your business, consider using Available + Inbound Inventory so inbound stock can also be considered.
No. The Prime Inventory Type setting only determines which inventory is considered during order export. It does not affect inventory synchronization between Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Yes. Choosing the appropriate inventory type can help ensure that orders are exported based on your available fulfillment capacity, reducing exports that cannot be fulfilled immediately.
