How to fetch the Usage log from Oracle NetSuite for the order/ customer exported from Robust NetSuite Integrator ?
In case if you are interested in fetching the Usage log of the orders which either failed or transmitted to NetSuite via our Integrator then follow the below mentioned steps
Step 1
Login to your Oracle NetSuite account . Follow the path Setup >> Integration >> SOAP Web Services Usage Log .
Step 2
Now firstly we need to add the Date filter as the date when the order was been placed on Shopify and imported to Robust NetSuite Integrator . Next we are supposed to add the details
Case A
When we need to check in context of an order ( Sales Order , Cash Sales , Invoice )
Choose the Record Type as Sales Order, Cash sales, Invoice and Action as add. Can scroll to the right side and get the Request and Response to that specific order we are looking for .

Case B
When we need to check in context of a customer of a specific order
Choose the Record Type as Customer and Action as get. Can scroll to the right side and check the Request and Response to that specific order we are looking for .
