How to Generate/Share Collection Link to Collect XML Logs?

With this knowledge base, we will now look at how Webbee collects XML requests. For this, we will be using Zoho Drive. Follow the outlined steps below.

WebBee's Customer Support Perspective

Step 1: Open your browser and navigate to Zoho Drive. Log in to your account.

Step 2: On the left side of the navigation bar, click on the "Collect Files" option, then the "Create Collection" button.

It will give you two options: Internal and External. To collect client credentials, we will select External; for WebBee employees, we can choose Internal. Since we are creating this for the Webbee clients, we will select external and write a description if necessary. We also have a few additional options to ask the client before sharing the data, such as phone and email

Step 3: After creating the collection, a link will be generated automatically; share this link with the client so that they can securely share the XML request file.

When the client clicks on the link, it will ask for their name, phone number, and email address, if selected during collection creation. The client will then upload the XML request file. Once the client uploads the file, you will be able to view the files in your collection. Refer to the attached screenshot.

Client's Perspective

The client will enter the required information, upload the credentials details, and click the submit button. If there is still anything left after submission, use the "Add more file" button.

How can I locate the XML request file in NetSuite?

Step 1: Go to Setup > Integration > Soap Web Services Usage Log

XML Request

Step 2: Choose Record Type & Action from the drop-down menu, and a list will appear on the screen. For example, we select Sales Order as the record type and Add as the action. On the right side, there is a column called "Request," which displays all records and has a "View" button. When you click the button, an XML file will be automatically downloaded; simply share the file with the link provided by the Webbee customer success team.
