How to import past orders inside the app?
How do I import past orders inside the app?
Step 1:
Open the Order Log page of Amazon MCF by the WebBee app, and further click on the Import Order button. Below is a screenshot just to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
You can import past orders either based on their dates OR order IDs. Once you have chosen your criteria, click on the Submit button. Below is a screenshot just to help you understand this visually.
Important notes:
- If real-time order sync was ON before the import of past orders, they will be auto-resubmitted to their Amazon FBA marketplace (their status will change to Accepted by Amazon); else, they will be displayed with a status of Pending in the Order Log page of the app, which you can manually resubmit by clicking on the Resubmit button.
- After resubmitting these past orders, they will be treated as a normal order, and you will get the latest tracking information from your Amazon FBA to your TikTok shop.
