How do I import past orders inside the app?

Step 1:

Open the Order Log page of Amazon MCF by the WebBee app, and further click on the Import Order button. Below is a screenshot just to help you understand this visually.

Step 2:

You can import past orders either based on their dates OR order IDs.  Once you have chosen your criteria, click on the Submit button. Below is a screenshot just to help you understand this visually.

Important notes:

  1. If real-time order sync was ON before the import of past orders, they will be auto-resubmitted to their Amazon FBA marketplace (their status will change to Accepted by Amazon); else, they will be displayed with a status of Pending in the Order Log page of the app, which you can manually resubmit by clicking on the Resubmit button.
  2. After resubmitting these past orders, they will be treated as a normal order, and you will get the latest tracking information from your Amazon FBA to your TikTok shop.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What is the Import Order feature?

The Import Order feature allows you to import historical (past) TikTok Shop orders into the Amazon MCF by WebBee app for processing and fulfillment management.

2. How can I import past orders?

You can import past orders by:

  1. Opening the Order Log page.

  2. Clicking the Import Order button.

  3. Choosing to import orders by Order ID or Date Range.

  4. Clicking Submit.

3. Can I import orders using an Order ID?

Yes. You can import a specific order by entering its Order ID.

4. Can I import multiple past orders at once?

Yes. You can import multiple orders by selecting a date range, allowing all eligible orders within that period to be imported.

5. What happens after I import past orders?

The imported orders will appear in the Order Log page. Their next status depends on whether Order Sync is enabled or disabled.

6. What happens if Order Sync is enabled before importing past orders?

If Real-Time Order Sync is enabled, the imported orders are automatically resubmitted to Amazon FBA. Once accepted by Amazon, their status changes to Accepted by Amazon.

7. What happens if Order Sync is disabled before importing past orders?

If Order Sync is disabled, imported orders will appear with a Pending status. You can review them and manually send them to Amazon FBA using the Re-submit button.

8. Do I need to manually resubmit imported orders?

Only if Order Sync is disabled. If automatic Order Sync is enabled, the app will automatically export eligible imported orders to Amazon FBA.

9. What happens after I manually resubmit a past order?

Once resubmitted and accepted by Amazon FBA, the order is processed like any other order. Tracking information will also be synchronized back to your TikTok Shop after shipment.

10. Will imported past orders receive tracking updates?

Yes. After a past order has been successfully exported to Amazon FBA, it is treated as a regular order, and its tracking information will be synchronized to TikTok Shop once Amazon ships it.

11. Can I import the same order more than once?

The app is designed to prevent duplicate processing. If an order has already been imported or processed, importing it again may not create a new order. Always verify the order's status before importing again.

12. Why is my imported order showing a Pending status?

This usually means Order Sync was disabled at the time of import. You can manually export the order by clicking Re-submit.

13. Why wasn't my imported order accepted by Amazon?

An imported order may not be accepted due to reasons such as:

  • Missing or incorrect SKU Mapping.

  • Insufficient Amazon FBA inventory.

  • Invalid shipping information.

  • Unsupported shipping method.

  • Other Amazon validation errors.

Review the order status and error details for more information.

14. Can I import cancelled or fulfilled orders?

The ability to import these orders depends on their status in TikTok Shop and whether they are eligible for processing through the integration.
