How to let the Shopify taxes flow NetSuite when we are managing taxes in Shopify through Robust NetSuite Integrator ?
In case when we have the taxes calculated by Shopify , we can managed to send the transaction totals to match with the NetSuite transaction total with the help of our integrator . To setup the same , please follow below steps
Step 1
Open your Oracle NetSuite account and follow the path to add a new Tax code which will act as a pass through to NetSuite Setup>> Accounting >> Tax codes
Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2
Now make a New Tax code for the same subsidiary with 0% Rate to treat it as pass through from Shopify to NetSuite
Step 3
Once Saved , memorize the Internal ID of the tax code . Inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, please go to the Configuration Page > App Settings > and scroll-down to this "Shopify-NetSuite Tax Mapping" setting, further enter the above COPIED internal ID into this text box field after choosing YES from the Drop down and hit the Save button. Congratulations, you have successfully configured a Shopify pass through tax to all the Shopify web orders using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app.
Now the Totals between the Shopify Order and the NetSuite Transaction will match .
