How to manage discounts to flow from Shopify to NetSuite either on order/ Line Item Level using Robust NetSuite Integrator ?
If you are interested in Discount mapping through our Robust NetSuite Integrator, then please follow the below-mentioned steps.
Step 1:
Open your Shopify store, go to the Apps section, further click on the Robust NetSuite Integrator's icon.
Order Level Mapping
Step 2
Once, our integrator is open, from the top-navigation pane, click on the Configuration page. Expand the App Settings . Search for NetSuite Discount Item For Shopify Promotions .
In case to apply the discounts on the order level , you can chose any discount code from the Dropdown and we will just pass it to NetSuite .
Note : In some cases , if the Shopify codes are dynamic per order , you can chose any discount code from the Drop down menu and we will pass the discount to NetSuite.
Line Item Level Mapping
Step 1
Go to the Discount mapping and chose Other( Non Discount Item) from the drop down menu. Once done please add the Internal id of NetSuite item to use as Order Line item for Discount:
Step 2
Once done , please hit the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen .
Congratulations, you have successfully configured a discounts to all your Shopify web orders using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app.
