Step 1:
Inside Shopify, from the left navigation pane, please go to the
Products, and
click on any of your products. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
Copy the
SKU of this above-clicked product. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
Inside NetSuite,
search this above
COPIED SKU in the Global Search, and
click on the search result. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 4:
Out of all the standard fields, check which field, holds this Shopify SKU. In our case, it is Item Name / Number. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually. In your case, it could be different.
Step 5:
Inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, please go to the
Configuration Page >
App Settings > and scroll-down to this "Sync Shopify SKUs to NetSuite as" setting, further
select that field from the drop-down menu, that holds your Shopify SKU inside NetSuite, and hit the
Save button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Note: In our case, it is (Item Name / Number), as a result, we selected "itemid", if yours is UPC CODE, select "upccode" inside our app, else the appropriate option. If it is a Custom field, simply check the box, and enter its value inside the empty box.
Congratulations, you have successfully mapped SKUs and synchronized inventory between your NetSuite account and Shopify store using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app.
Note: By default, our app will sync "QUANTITY AVAILABLE" levels between your NetSuite account and the Shopify store.
