Why can't these SKUs be mapped?
It seems that a few Shopify SKUs are not the same on your Amazon Seller Central account, as a result, they couldn't be mapped in our app. By default, if they are the same on your Shopify admin store as well as on your Amazon Seller Central account, our app will map them automatically.
How to map:
Step 1:
Go to the SKU Mapping Page
Step 2:
Select an existing Amazon Marketplace from the Account drop-down menu
Step 3:
Select Unlinked SKUs from the Filter drop-down menu
Step 4:
Hit the Search button
Step 5:
Click on the Update (Link) button corresponding to those Shopify SKUs that you want to update/link with an Amazon SKU.

Step 6:
Enter the missing Amazon SKU into the SKU field and then press the Submit button. The screenshot below provides a visual representation of the aforementioned step.
