How to Prevent Orders from Shipping via Amazon Logistics in AMCF for TikTok (WebBee) ?

This article explains how to control whether your orders are shipped using Amazon Logistics in Amazon MCF by WebBee.

Follow the steps below to update your settings.

Step 1

Open the AMCF TikTok by WebBee app.

Step 2

Go to the Configuration page.

Step 3

Click Marketplace Settings, then select Additional Marketplace Settings.

Step 4

Search for “Block orders from being shipped using Amazon Logistics.”
Choose one of the following options from the drop-down menu based on your preference:

• Yes—blocks all orders from being shipped using Amazon Logistics.

• No—allows orders to be shipped using Amazon Logistics.

• Must use Amazon Logistics for TikTok-owned orders only—ensures that only TikTok platform orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics.

Once selected, your preference will be applied to future orders.

Step 5

Click on the Save button.
