The Re-submit to Amazon feature allows you to manually send an order from the WebBee app to Amazon FBA for fulfillment. It is useful when you want to control when specific orders are exported.
You can use this option when:
Order Sync is disabled.
You want to manually review orders before exporting them.
An order failed to export and is ready to be sent again after the issue has been resolved.
You have imported past orders into the app.
Navigate to:
Amazon MCF by WebBee App → Orders Page
Locate the desired order in the Order Log and click Re-submit to Amazon.
Yes. If you want to manually control which orders are sent to Amazon FBA, disable the Order Sync toggle and use the Re-submit to Amazon option for individual orders.
The app attempts to export the selected order to Amazon FBA. If the export is successful, the order status will update accordingly. If there is an issue, an error message or status will indicate the reason.
You can resubmit eligible orders that have not yet been successfully exported to Amazon FBA. Orders that have already been fulfilled or are otherwise ineligible may not be available for resubmission.
Imported past orders initially appear with a Pending status. You can then choose to either:
Re-submit them to Amazon FBA, or
Archive them if they do not require fulfillment.
The app assigns a Pending status to imported historical orders because they have not yet been processed through the integration. You must decide whether to export or archive them.
Yes. If an imported or pending order does not need to be fulfilled through Amazon FBA, you can archive it from the Order Log.
A resubmitted order may fail due to reasons such as:
Invalid or incomplete shipping information.
Missing or incorrect SKU Mapping.
Inventory unavailable in Amazon FBA.
Invalid shipping method.
Other Amazon fulfillment validation errors.
Review the order status and error message before attempting another resubmission.
No. The app is designed to prevent duplicate exports based on the order's processing status. However, you should verify that the order has not already been accepted by Amazon before resubmitting it.
This depends on the available functionality in your version of the app. If bulk resubmission is not available, orders must be resubmitted individually from the Order Log.
After resubmitting the order, monitor its status in the Order Log. A successful export will update the order status (for example, Accepted by Amazon), while any issues will be displayed as an error or another relevant status.
