How to re-submit orders to Amazon MCF in AMCF Shopify?
To resubmit your order, visit the Order Log page in the AMCF Shopify. If your order sync toggle is turned off, your order status will appear as pending, and you will need to manually sync those orders using the "Resubmit to Amazon" button.
If your order status is rejected or displays an error, you can use the same button to resubmit your order to the Amazon MCF.
If you want to resubmit all your orders at once, which are displayed on the current page, select the checkbox as shown in the attached image below, select "Resubmit to Amazon", and click the Go button.
For past orders, you will see the status of all orders as "Pending" once imported into our app. You will need to resubmit/ archive the order as required under the order log page.
