How to sync custom price from NetSuite back to Shopify via Robust NetSuite Integrator ?

If you want to sync the NetSuite price levels as a sale OR compare at price to your Shopify products using a Custom field in NetSuite rather than the standard price levels  then follow these below-mentioned steps.


Steps:

How to create custom field in NetSuite:

  1. Open your NetSuite account, and from the top-navigation pane go to the Customization>> List, Records, Fields>> Item Fields

  2.  Now make the item field which should be applicable to all the type of items you manage in NetSuite and want to sync back to Shopify 
  3. Once done , SAVE the fields.
  4. Replicate the same steps for both ' "Sale" OR "Compare at price" field for the price sync .


Robust NetSuite Integrator

  1. Go to the Apps section of your Shopify store, and click on the Robust NetSuite Integrator
  2. Open the Configuration Page > App Settings
  3. Enable the toggle for the price sync from NetSuite to Shopify . Click on the settings button it will direct to the configuration settings for Price sync

  4.  Once done click on the SAVE button at the bottom of the page .
Now the price will be synced to the Shopify products from NetSuite from the specific Custom field value .

Note : This functionality is only available in Max Unlimited/ Enterprise Plan of the Robust NetSuite Integrator
