How to sync Shopify Refunds to NetSuite using Robust NetSuite Integrator for Cash Sales ?
If you are looking forward in syncing the Shopify Refunds to NetSuite , you can opt for this functionality of Robust NetSuite Integrator
Step 1
Log in to your Shopify store and open our Robust NetSuite Integrator app from the Apps section, further click to the Configuration Page > App Settings > Enable toggle for Sync Refunds from Shopify to NetSuite further hit the Settings button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2
Once you click on the settings , it will take you to the settings related to generate the refunds for cash sales
How to make discount item in NetSuite and add the Internal ID in the text box?
1. Follow the path List>>Accounting>>items and make a discount item with 0% Rate
( Note: This discount item is needed when we are making a refund irrespective of the item price what we have in Shopify to just pass through the data to NetSuite for the refund )
Step 3
Make sure that you have chosen the Cash sales for the transactions and mapped the Location for the cash sales in the fields mapping page of our integrator
Step 4
Now , you will process the order refund in Shopify as given below screenshot which should get synced to NetSuite
Step 5
Now once the refund is triggered this would start reflecting in NetSuite as shown in the below screenshots
So your refunds will be successfully created once in NetSuite once it is refunded in Shopify.
