How to sync TikTok fulfillment from TikTok to NetSuite using the Robust NetSuite Integrator?
If you are doing your fulfillment via your TikTok store directly, further, want to create its fulfillment record inside a NetSuite transaction, this is the setting you should configure inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator.
Step 1
Log in to the application > Go to the Configurations page > Navigate to the Configuration page. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2
Click on the Expand button, corresponding to the App Settings section, further scroll-down to the Auto create item Fulfillment setting. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
- Allow TikTok to NetSuite fulfillment sync - By default, it is selected as No, but select Yes, if you are interested in syncing a TikTok fulfillment record inside a NetSuite transaction under its Related Records sub-tab.
- Select Item fulfillment status - Here, you should select a NetSuite fulfillment option i.e. (Picked, Packed, Shipped) that you want our integrator to give to this newly created related record inside a NetSuite transaction.
- Fulfillment Form ID - Here, you should enter the internal ID of your desired NetSuite fulfillment form.
Once, you have configured the above settings, click on the Save button to save the changes from the bottom of this section. Now, whenever there is an item fulfillment record inside your TikTok order, our integrator will sync all its information inside this NetSuite transaction under its Related Records sub-tab.
