In our app we can import orders on a payment status basis.
Follow the steps below:
Open our app >> Configuration >> App settings>> Import order payment status:
Here you will find 03 options to import orders via our app to Amazon FBA.
1. All Paid Orders:
Paid orders are orders that have been authorized and the payment has been captured for them.
Here are the orders that were fully paid for on Shopify. These orders are automatically fulfilled after being synchronized with Amazon FBA through our app.
Note: If this option is selected, only paid orders are synced to Amazon FBA.
2. Online store channel paid order + Non-online store channel order authorized:
External channels like the Facebook channel import orders that are only authorized, so select the dropdown (with Non-Online Store Channel Orders Authorized Only) if you are looking to import those orders in authorized status itself. Pending payment orders will be imported to Amazon with a "Hold on Amazon" status and will not be shipped until payment is complete.
If this option is selected, only these orders (online store channel paid order + non-online store channel order authorized) are synced to Amazon FBA.
3. All paid orders + by Tags
With the "All Paid orders + By Tags" option, if the order contains the same tags as those specified in the app settings, it will be sent to Amazon for fulfillment. Otherwise, the order will be Hold By Amazon.

Pending payment orders will be imported to Amazon with "Hold on Amazon" status and will not be shipped until payment is complete.
