If you are interested in mapping your Shopify currencies with your NetSuite currencies, please follow these below-mentioned steps.
Step 1:
Open your NetSuite account, and from the top-navigation pane, hover over to the Setup > Company > Enable Features. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
Under the Company sub-tab > International section, make sure to check the Multiple Currencies checkbox. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
Go to the Configuration Page of the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, expand the App Settings, further scroll-down to the Currency Settings section. Select Yes in the Select Multiple Currency drop-down menu. Once that is done, you will be able to review, further map your Shopify currencies with your NetSuite currencies.

Important Note:
We would need the internal IDs of your NetSuite currencies to do the mapping. To review internal IDs of your NetSuite currencies, open your NetSuite account, hover over to the Lists > Accounting > Currencies. Below are two screenshots to help you understand this visually.
